About This Role
We are seeking a self-directed and results driven Inside Sales Engineer to join our Oklahoma City, OK office. You will assist the Commercial HVAC Sales organization with rapid and accurate responses involving pre-sale and post-sale support. You will also assist with providing technical support to customers, engineers, and mechanical contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Review plans and specifications to develop HVAC systems solutions.
  
• Assist with providing HVAC equipment selections, both new and replacements.
  
• Assist with providing technical support for the sales of commercial air conditioning systems to customers and their respective consulting engineers.
  
• Respond to RFQ's for new and/or existing customers.
  
• Support Sales Managers and Sales Coordinators with new and existing accounts and introduction of new products.
  
  
  Basic Qualifications
  
  • Bachelor's Degree
    
  • 2 Years of Experience in the HVAC industry
    
    
    Preferred Qualifications
    
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or other applicable, technical field.
      
    • A Business degree would be considered.
      
    • Three years experience in the HVAC industry or knowledge of HVAC designs
      
    • Commercial Applied Equipment experience a plus
      
    • Sales experience a plus.
      
    • Excellent interpersonal/influencing skills to work across the Carrier organization and with customers.
      
    • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
      
    • Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills; superior follow-up and follow-through skills.
      
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to handle multiple priorities.
      
    • Unwavering customer service orientation.
      
    • A strong work ethic is required, which includes positivity, sense of responsibility, integrity, accountability, sense of urgency, self-initiative, dedication, intellectual curiosity, and sense of ownership.
      
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
