Job Description:
The Business Application Administrator handles provisioning,
installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of Sales
and Project Management systems to ensure optimal function and
alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include
ensuring high availability and reliability, troubleshooting
technical issues, and supporting system enhancements.

Regularly monitor, maintain, and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365
and Workfront applications to ensure high availability and
reliability.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to applications,
providing support and guidance to end-users as needed.
Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of
applications, ensuring they can maximize the benefits of the
systems.
Manage and maintain data integrity within applications, generating
regular reports and analytics to support business
decision-making.
Perform system performance tuning and optimization tasks, including
monitoring system performance, and identifying and addressing
bottlenecks.
Enhance objects: custom forms, project templates, programs,
portfolios, reports, dashboards, approval processes, notifications,
statuses, roles, teams, groups, scorecards, layout templates,
filters, views, groupings.
Enforce security policies and practices, including access control,
user management, and vulnerability assessments specific to sales
and project management applications.
Lead meetings to map processes and data diagrams for solutions.
Understand process flows and apply them to the technology
model.
Manage licensing and user access levels. Train and onboard new team
members to the system.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product
management, marketing, and technology solutions, to ensure seamless
integration and operation of applications.
Stay updated on releases; inform users of relevant updates from
applications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science,
Business Administration, or a related field and a minimum of 3
years related experience.
Minimum 1 year experience with low or no-code automation tools.
Adobe Fusion or Microsoft Power Automate highly preferred.
Minimum 1 year experience with project management or CRM
application.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI highly preferred.
Relevant certifications from Adobe or Microsoft highly
preferred.
Expertise in administering sales and project management
applications.
Adobe Workfront and Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly preferred but not
required.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent project management abilities: capable of managing
multiple projects concurrently in a deadline-driven
environment.
Must have the ability to understand process flows and recommend and
implement changes or enhancements for increased efficiency and user
functionality.
Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work cross
functionally with non-technical users.
