Job Position: Body techLocation: Oklahoma City, OK 73108Pay Rate: NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCEShift: 1st shiftDescription:Wash, sand, and mask vehicles to prepare for painting and repair work.

• Inspect vehicles for dents, scratches, and other imperfections and report findings to the body shop team.
• Apply primer and sealers as needed to ensure proper paint adhesion.
• Prep vehicles by removing parts and trim to ensure the paint job is precise and thorough.Assist with the disassembly and reassembly of vehicle components as needed
• Perform body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as necessary for repairs.
• Align and fit body panels, doors, bumpers, and trim components.
• Sand, grind, and prep surfaces for painting and refinishing.
• Work collaboratively with painters and preppers to ensure a smooth refinishing process.
• Follow OEM repair procedures and industry best practices.
• Maintain an organized and safe workspace while handling tools and materials properly.
• Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve an exact match to OEM specifications.
• Apply paint using spray guns and other industry-standard tools.
