Pay Based on Experience. Starting pay rate for this position is $16
/ hour.Shift Differential Pay. The 2nd shift is 3p - 11p: $0.50
more per hour and 3rd shift is 11p - 7a: $1.00 more per hourUp to
$5,000 per in tuition/education reimbursement per calendar year for
approved program of studyTake home up to 75% of your net earned

Nurse Assistant (CNA):Answers signal lights and bells to determine
resident needsAssists residents with grooming, oral hygiene,
bathing, hair and incontinence careObtains food trays and assists
residents with feedingAssists resident with range of motion
exercisesProvides for personal care and comfortMovement to
wheelchair or activity areasAssists residents with ambulation for
short distance in center.Takes and records temperature, blood
pressure, pulse, and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake
and output, as directedProvides direct and indirect resident care
servicesMeets the communication needs of resident and
familyCommunicates to nursing team changes in residents' clinical
conditionPerforms other tasks as assignedQualifications of
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):High School diploma or general
equivalency is preferred.Must pass a state-issued examRequired
valid certification as a CNA in the state of OklahomaSix months
experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.Candidates
must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer
communication.Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency
situationsAbility to communicate effectively with residents and
