Job Description:
We are actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service
Representative to manage customer interactions across phone, email,
and chat channels. The ideal candidate will provide friendly and
efficient service, accurately understand customer needs, process
orders, and handle payment information. Responsibilities also
include promoting our products and services through awareness of
current deals and effectively using technology to manage a high
volume of customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
--- Resolve customer inquiries and issues through phone, email, or
chat.
--- Warmly greet customers and clearly identify their needs or
concerns.
--- Facilitate order placements and provide information about the
company.
--- Process customer payments and gather necessary contact
details.
--- Respond to queries regarding our products and services.
--- Promote current deals and actively sell products and
services.
--- Utilize advanced computer technology to efficiently manage
large volumes of customer interactions.
--- Lead a small team of Customer Service Representatives during
peak times of business.
--- Collaborate with leadership to ensure excellence in customer
service.
--- Adapt to policy changes and implement them effectively.
--- Listen attentively to customers to understand the underlying
issues.
--- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure resolution and
satisfaction.
--- Select and execute appropriate solutions to resolve customer
issues swiftly.
Qualifications:
--- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in a call center or
customer service role.
--- Must have 1-2 years as a shift Lead, Supervisor, or Assistant
Manager.
--- Ability to handle high volumes of emails, calls, and chats with
ease.
--- Strong communication skills with a comforting and professional
phone and email demeanor.
--- Highly organized and self-motivated.
--- Positive and engaging personality with a flexible approach to
working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
--- Excellent listening skills, empathetic approach, and commitment
to customer satisfaction.
--- Proficient in various computer software and office systems.
--- Must have verifiable experience in Excel or similar
software.
--- Capable of typing at least 45 words per minute.
--- Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment,
multitasking while maintaining focus on the customer.
