Job Description:
The Resident in Diagnostic Radiology, Emergency Medicine, or
Family Medicine evaluates and treats inpatients and outpatients
with a variety of medical conditions under the supervision of the
attending physician to learn the field of specialty and gain
experience in the field. This position requires population specific
competencies.Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as
appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position

Medicine, or Family Medicine responsibilities include, but are not
limited to, the following:Evaluates and treats inpatients and
outpatients with a variety of conditions under the supervision of
the attending physicians to gain experience in the specialty
areaDocuments in the patient's medical record history and physical
examinations, progress notes, consultations, discharge summaries,
procedures notes, and urgent notes as appropriatePerforms other
clinical activities as directed by the attending physician and
under the supervision of that physicianPerforms other clinical,
didactic, research and administrative activities as directed by the
Program Director and as required to complete the education
programAttends numerous conferences and completes various rotations
with image and procedure review sessionsThe Resident in Diagnostic
Radiology, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine reports to the
Program Director of the Residency Program.This position may have
additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test

additional information.Potential for exposure to infections and
communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment,
chemicals. Must follow standard precautions.All applicants will
