Mercy Primary Care is seeking a full-time (40 hours a week) Licensed Practice Nurse to join our team.OVERVIEW:Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Patient Care LPN works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Patient Care LPN will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients.
