OKC, OK 73135Shift: Full time, Days Monday -FridayResponsibilities:Were seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Acute Care certification to join our heart-centered team. In this role, youll provide primary health care and perform a range of medical services, working closely with our skilled physicians and caregivers.What You'll Do:Patient Care: Conduct thorough medical evaluations, take detailed histories, and interpret findings to provide top-notch care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.Documentation & Communication: Maintain meticulous records and reports, while fostering strong relationships with patients, families, and medical staff.Clinical Responsibilities: Manage your own patient clinic for follow-up appointments, handle hospital rounding, and assist with new consults and discharge summaries.Support: Be a key point of contact for physician pager calls when physicians are engaged in procedures.Qualifications:What Were Looking For:Nurse Practitioners: National certification in Adult Gerontology Acute Care (AG-AC NP) or Acute Care from a recognized body.Physician Assistants: Bachelors degree, completion of an ARC-PA approved program, current licensure with the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure, and BLS certification.Additional Requirements: Current BLS certification; ACLS certification within 60 days of hire.
