We shoulder -the financial responsibility, covering costs for LPNs in the LPN to BSN RN -program, which offers asynchronous classes, Oklahoma-based clinical -rotations, and internet-based coursework to accommodate working -nurses.     • Administers medications safely under direction of physician or other medical personnel
    • Observes, records, and reports patient's condition and reaction to drugs and treatments to physicians.
    • Provide care according to an established nursing plan.
    • Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation
    • Ensures patient chart entries are made accurately and in a timely manner and forwarding charts as appropriate
    • Communicates systematic report to other care providers.
    • Assisting in the coordination of care delivery; utilizes resources to promote the continuum of care.
    • Employs strategies to promote health in a safe environment.
    • Documents progress toward the attainment of outcomes.
    • Uses quality and evidence based practice to deliver and improve care.
    • Works closely with more experienced clinicians for guidance and supervision.
    • Triage telephone calls for referral to other clinical team membersGeneral Responsibilities:
      • Performs other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Education: Completion of educational requirements for NCLEX-PN examination.Experience: None required. One or more years of experience preferred.License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: Current LPN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact LPN License (eNLC) required. Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: -
        • Knowledge of professional nursing theories, practices, techniques, and procedures.
        • Ability to organize, coordinate, plan and evaluate nursing needs of assigned patients.
        • Must be knowledgeable about operating room techniques if applying for a surgery position.
