They document patient conditions, create and update care plans, and ensure care aligns with medical procedures. They also provide patient education, maintain a safe environment, and meet patients' physical and psycho-social needs. Additionally, they communicate effectively, participate in organizational activities, and manage unit operations, including staff assignments and performance evaluations. -Qualifications: -Education: Graduate from an accredited Nursing programLicensure: Current RN license in the state of practiceExperience: Minimum 2 years of RN experiencePreferred Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing - -EEO/AA/Minorities/Females/Disabled/Veterans
