Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate prior authorization status to providers in accordance
with Medicaid and Medicare regulations
Conduct outreach to providers for additional information to process
coverage requests
Manage high call volume, processing a minimum of 150 calls daily
while providing professional assistance
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a high volume call center,
preferably in healthcare or PBM/prior authorization
Familiarity with medical terminology and coding
Proficient computer skills in a Windows environment
Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment
Ability to interpret various work instructions and governmental
regulations
